Wingate is an active supporters of local community groups and events and toward this end, works closely with local government and key local business leaders.

Brief Sponsorship Guidelines

If you would like Wingate Properties to consider support for your charity, arts, community, heritage or education activities, you will need to submit a proposal in writing.  Each year we receive many proposals and unfortunately we cannot meet all these requests.  Our main criterion is to reach as many people as possible in the Ipswich region.

Please allow as much time as possible for us to consider your proposal and find a place for it in our sponsorship calendar.  A minimum of three months lead time is a good guide for our planning purposes, however if you have an event twelve months away, it is not too soon to receive your proposal.

Consideration will be given to all proposals other than:

·         Religious, military or socio-political organisations

·         Those that promote smoking, alcohol and gambling.

 Additional Helpful Information

·    Historical overview of the event.

·    Current list of sponsors who have committed to date.

·    Your organisation’s credentials, expected participation numbers, demographics and other relevant information.

·    How benefits offered in the proposal related to Wingate Properties projects.

·    Any relevant market research.

·    Endorsements from former sponsors.

·    How you measure the success of the event.
